What will it be about?

Starting January 1, 2027, invoices between businesses will be sent as data files rather than PDFs. For accounting, this is a change that can’t be avoided—and most companies currently see it as just another obligation. We see it differently: as a moment when accounting can become a service that runs in the background, one you’re barely aware of.

We’ll demonstrate this live at the club. Not with slides, but using a sample company—from the issued invoice all the way to the VAT documentation. And we’ll openly explain what’s changing at Adviterra starting in January, what’s changing for you, and what we’ll handle on your behalf.

1. The Future of Accounting – A Month at Numiron Live — Invoices issued, bank transactions that sync automatically, received documents that come in as data, a single “I have everything” button—and the accounting team has the documents they need for VAT. A whole month’s worth of accounting in 25 minutes, using a sample company, with no cuts.

2. E-invoicing: What’s Changed and What’s Still Up to You — Our online webinar covers the basics of e-invoicing (next session on November 5 at 11:00 a.m.). We’re moving forward at the club: here’s what’s new in the Financial Administration’s interpretations from recent weeks—the five things companies must handle on their own and the ones we take care of for our clients.

3. Adviterra 2027: What’s Changing for Clients — Where we’re headed, what extra benefits you’ll get, and how accounting fees will be calculated when most documents are received as data. Two options—the Adviterra accounting team or Numiron digital accounting—both are ours; the choice is yours. Open and honest, without the marketing hype.

4. Questions and Answers — Ask questions about your specific situation. We’ll respond in writing to all registered participants to any questions we don’t have time to answer during the live session.

5. Small-Group Workshops — After the main program, we’ll split into smaller groups to focus on practical topics. We’ll send registered participants a list of workshops and options to choose from before the event.
