When is it necessary to file a motion for modification?

Changes to a company must be recorded in the Commercial Register whenever the information entered in the register changes. The most common situations are as follows:

Change of the company's registered office
Change of Managing Director or Partners
Transfer of a business interest
Change of Business Name
Change in the scope of business
Increase or decrease in share capital
Change in the manner of acting on behalf of the company
Addition or amendment of data entered in the registry

A request to register a change must be filed within 30 days of the change occurring.
