When is it necessary to file a motion for modification?

Changes to a company must be recorded in the Commercial Register whenever the information entered in the register changes. The most common situations are as follows:

  • Change of the company's registered office
  • Change of Managing Director or Partners
  • Transfer of a business interest
  • Change of Business Name
  • Change in the scope of business
  • Increase or decrease in share capital
  • Change in the manner of acting on behalf of the company
  • Addition or amendment of data entered in the registry

A request to register a change must be filed within 30 days of the change occurring.
