Ján Svočák, Engineer
Company executive, tax advisor, business developer, and entrepreneur in the field of business consulting and administrative services for small and medium-sized companies. He graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava and has been working in the fields of consulting, taxes, and accounting since 2007. He is fluent in English.
Ľuboš Čandik, M.Sc.
He studied business management at the University of Economics and the Faculty of Law in Bratislava. Since 2005, he has worked for several major international tax consulting companies. He focuses on income tax, VAT, international taxation, tax optimization, social and health regulations, labor and commercial law. He has been a tax advisor since January 2013. He is fluent in German and English.

History
About us
Adviterra, based in Bratislava, was founded in May 2016. However, the origins of our company go back much further, to 2007, when Bright Ideas was founded.
In 2016, TaxWise was founded, separating accounting and consulting activities into TaxWise s.r.o.
Since then, Bright Ideas has been primarily focused on establishing new companies, while TaxWise has been focused on accounting, tax consulting, and payroll processing.
The present
2025
At the beginning of 2020, tax advisor Ľuboš Čandik joined the company, significantly strengthening the professional level provided by TaxWise.
We process accounting and payroll in the Pohoda program. We provide our services in Slovak, German, and English.
Even in difficult times, we constantly strive to develop and improve quality, expand our range of services, and follow the path of automation. Crisis situations are not a threat to us, but an opportunity to differentiate ourselves from others. Therefore, in 2025, after long-term growth, innovation, and expansion of our services, TaxWise will become Adviterra.
Vision
The Future
In 5-10 years, accounting as we know it today will no longer exist. Most manual tasks will be replaced by automation. Specialized accounting and analytical teams will be much more closely linked to business than they are today.
That is why, as a company , we have decided to look to the future through modern technologies, which we strive to implement in our internal processes and communication with clients.
