Individual approach and transparency
At Adviterra, we provide accounting services not only to established companies but also to many newly established limited liability companies, which is why we have tailored our service packages accordingly. These are designed so that small companies do not have to pay unnecessarily high fees for accounting services if they only have a few invoices, cash register receipts, or bank account transactions.

Service packages
The principle of flexible packages is that the invoiced amount is determined based on the actual accounting entries (items) for a given month. It is therefore possible that, without the need to sign an amendment to the contract, you will pay, for example, €120 for accounting services one month and only €50 the next because you had fewer documents.
The minimum fee is set to take into account communication with the client and the time spent on accounting. Other packages mainly take into account only the time spent on document accounting.
We currently offer our clients 3 accounting service packages starting at €60. For more than 100 accounting items, we charge €1 for each additional accounting item.
Annual adjustment
Due to delayed delivery of documents, we may post additional accounting entries to a month that has already been invoiced. These may be entries that do not include VAT, but also accounting entries related to and affecting VAT with the obligation to file an additional VAT return.
This situation most often occurs at the beginning of the year, when we close the accounts and prepare the financial statements for the previous calendar year, and we additionally account for accounting cases up to December.
These accounting cases, which were not subject to invoicing, are invoiced as additional accounting items together with the financial statements.
Tax advice, consulting, and administrative services
Tax advice provided by tax advisors, consultations provided by senior accountants, partners, and tax advisors, as well as administrative services provided by accountants and assistants are not included in the monthly packages.
We invoice them based on the actual hours worked, at an hourly rate according to the price list.
Flat-rate billing
Not every company is satisfied with flexible billing based on the number of accounting items. Some clients prefer the same billing every month. Clients prefer fixed billing because of a pre-planned cost budget or because of a monthly standing order to pay our invoices, or for other reasons.
Even in such cases, we can reach an individual agreement with the client and meet their request for flat-rate invoicing for accounting services and, if interested, for other services as well.
