New price list from February 1, 2026 – what is changing and why it may not be so bad

From the new year, government consolidation measures will come into effect, increasing contributions, taxes, and fees. Together with the growth in wage and operating costs, this will have a direct impact on day-to-day accounting operations.

In order to continue providing high-quality services and developing the Numiron system, we will be adjusting our prices as of February 1, 2026.

🔎 The logic of change

When adjusting the price list, we tried to follow a simple logic:

  • Where human labor is required, costs increase —for example, manual processing of documents that require an accountant's time increases prices.
  • Where Numiron helps us, prices do not rise sharply, but only slightly – approximately at the level of inflation. Automated document processing saves time and work for accountants, allowing us to keep prices stable and fair for our clients.

👉 In other words: the more processes we digitize, the more we save you.

💡 How to keep prices low

The new price list does not necessarily mean that your costs will automatically increase. On the contrary, there are several ways to pay less. The easiest way is to submit your documents on time – if you send everything by the seventh day of the month, you will still receive a 10% discount. Active use of Numiron will also make a big difference. When you issue invoices, upload documents via the app or email, and use transaction categorization, you save your accountant time and, therefore, your costs. Finally, the more processes you digitize, the less manual work is required – resulting in lower prices.

What else do you get?

Price adjustments do not go hand in hand with changes in tables alone. We are constantly working to ensure that Numiron brings you more value and saves you as much time as possible. Thanks to digitization, for example, we have been able to eliminate the obligation to pay transaction tax items. And that's not all – in the near future, we want to make it even easier for you to upload documents to the system. Our goal is to make the entire process fully automated: simply drag and drop a zip file or document directly into Numiron and the system will process everything for you.

Price increases are never news that companies welcome with enthusiasm. However, we believe that when you take a closer look at the new price list, you will see that it may not be so bad after all. Thanks to digitization and active use of Numiron, you have the power to keep prices to a minimum—and in many cases even lower than before.
